FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we hire AskSoco for just one service area, or only the full stack?

Either. Engagements can be scoped around a single module (for example, only affiliate management, only fulfillment, or only events) or run as End-to-End Full-Service Management across all six modules.

Does AskSoco work as a full operating team or only as a consultant?

Operating team by default. We run the day-to-day execution — show planning, ad buying, creator briefings, fulfillment coordination — not just advise from the side. A lighter consulting-only engagement is possible when the brand has its own in-house team and only wants oversight.

Can AskSoco help brands without existing creators or affiliates?

Yes. Creator and affiliate sourcing is part of the Creator Services and Affiliate Management modules. Brands new to creator-led commerce can start from zero — we identify, brief, and onboard the right creators for the category.

Does AskSoco support live auction-style campaigns?

Yes. Auction-format campaigns sit inside Live Management. We design the auction structure, pacing, inventory flow, host preparation, and on-air execution — alongside recurring live shopping shows when the brand runs both formats.

Can AskSoco coordinate samples and fulfillment with our existing warehouse or 3PL?

Yes. Fulfillment & Logistics is a coordination layer, not a fulfillment service. We run order-flow checks, sample tracking, and handoffs to whichever warehouse, 3PL, or in-house operation the brand already uses.

Do you guarantee specific revenue or GMV results?

No. We commit to operational quality and clear execution against the channel plan. Revenue depends on too many factors — product, pricing, category, and timing — for a responsible operator to guarantee numbers up front.
